Elderly man ambushed in Carson, robbed of $7,000 family heirlooms

A 69-year-old man was violently robbed in broad daylight on May 20 in Carson when thieves ambushed him and stole family heirlooms worth $7,000 by ripping chains from his neck. The incident occurred in the 600 block of Turmont Street and was captured on video.
