Philadelphia's Marina's Pizza Co. is launching a limited-edition $55 caviar pizza slice featuring imported Italian cheeses, premium caviar from Caviar XS, served on a gold plate with a complimentary mother-of-pearl spoon. The 25-year-old owner Mason Lesser, a former professional surfer, created this luxury item to celebrate America's 250th birthday and major sporting events.
