College students accused of turning popular beach town into booze-soaked free-for-all in takeover chaos

Four Delaware State University students are facing charges for organizing unauthorized "takeover" events in Rehoboth Beach that drew large crowds fueled by underage drinking and illegal drug use. Three suspects have turned themselves in while one remains at large. The beach town has experienced four similar unlawful gatherings since April.
