Single-sex toilets must exclude transgender people, says EHRC

The UK's Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has issued updated guidance stating that single-sex toilets and changing rooms must exclude transgender individuals across England, Wales, and Scotland. The code of practice requires businesses and service providers to offer gender-neutral alternatives for those who do not wish to use facilities designated for their biological sex.
