Suit targets whites-only Arkansas community over applicant rejected for Jewish roots, Black husband

A discrimination lawsuit has been filed against a whites-only Arkansas community called "Return to the Land" for rejecting an applicant based on her Jewish heritage and her Black husband. The settlement in Ravenden, Arkansas is accused of racial and religious discrimination in its membership policies. Eric Orwoll and Scott Thomas are among the defendants named in the suit.
