The Chicago Bears have confirmed they are leaving the city and will build a new stadium in either Arlington Heights, Illinois or Hammond, Indiana, with a decision expected by early summer. However, Chicago politicians are attempting to delay the Arlington Heights project legislation by promoting a lakefront stadium option in Chicago to keep the franchise in the city.
