Mother arrested after young French boys abandoned in Portugal

Portuguese police arrested the 41-year-old mother of two young French boys (ages 4 and 5) who were found abandoned by a road near Comporta in southern Portugal on Tuesday. The children were discovered alone and crying by a passing motorist, with backpacks containing food and water but no identification documents.
