Teen slashed on neck in morning NYC attack steps from Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall: cops

An 18-year-old victim was slashed on the neck during an early morning attack at approximately 1:55 a.m. in front of a 48-story office building on Avenue of the Americas near West 51st Street in Manhattan. The incident occurred near major tourist attractions including Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall.
