Popular Costco patio swings recalled after injuries linked to dangerous fall hazard

Costco has recalled popular patio swings due to a dangerous defect where swing seats separate from frames, resulting in fall hazards. At least 8 people have been injured, suffering head and arm injuries from the incidents.
