Robotic ‘dragons’ clear flooding after intense downpours hit Hong Kong

Hong Kong emergency crews deployed robotic water-pumping dragons to manage widespread flooding in the northern New Territories following intense downpours on Thursday. A red rainstorm warning was issued at 2:40am and subsequently downgraded to amber before being cancelled by 9:30am.
