Southern California jeweler allegedly stole $1.5 million from customers through Rolex watch scam

A Southern California jeweler named Nelson Andres Holdo is accused of stealing approximately $1.5 million from at least 22 customers through a Rolex watch sales fraud scheme between 2021 and 2026. The scam targeted buyers in Orange and Los Angeles counties and is being investigated by the California Attorney General's Office.
