Daycare owner charged with fraud tried to flee U.S. after closing center, prosecutors say

A Minnesota daycare owner has been charged with new fraud allegations and accused by federal prosecutors of attempting to flee the United States just two days after closing the daycare center. The charges were unsealed on Wednesday.
