Lithuanian leaders rushed to bunkers as drone violates country’s airspace
A drone violated Lithuania's airspace, prompting the country's president and prime minister to be rushed to underground bunkers, with residents of Vilnius urged to take shelter. The incident led to the suspension of air and train traffic in and around the city. This is the first such alert issued in an EU and NATO country since Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine.
