Moment drug driver hit and killed grandmother, 60, as he sped at 85mph on wrong side of 30mph road before running away as he is jailed for 12 years

A driver has been jailed for 12 years after hitting and killing a 60-year-old grandmother while speeding at 85mph on the wrong side of a 30mph road. The driver then ran away from the scene. The incident resulted in the death of the grandmother.
