Android 17 is getting its own version of Apple’s Handoff

Google is introducing a new Android feature called Continue On, which allows users to start a task on their phone and continue it on a compatible tablet. The feature will initially only support tasks moving from a smartphone to a tablet. It will enable users to directly open documents or jump into emails they were working on.
