Booker defeats McGrath in Kentucky Democratic Senate primary

Charles Booker won the Kentucky Democratic Senate primary, defeating Amy McGrath. The victory came six years after McGrath narrowly defeated Booker in the primary. Booker is projected to succeed retiring Sen. Mitch McConnell.
