Nigeria says its joint strikes with the US have killed 175 Islamic State fighters

Nigeria and the US conducted joint strikes that killed 175 Islamic State fighters, also destroying weapons and financial networks. The operation followed the killing of senior militant leaders Abu Bakr al-Mainuki and Abd-al Wahhab. No US or Nigerian troops were harmed in the attacks.
