Convicted felon arrested after officers find PCP, nearly 20 pounds of marijuana

A convicted felon was arrested in San Bernardino after a traffic stop revealed several ounces of PCP and nearly 20 pounds of marijuana. The vehicle was stopped for suspected code violations. The San Bernardino Police Department made the arrest.
