Modular data center builder Armada raises $230 million, to build new Arizona factory with new investor Johnson Controls

Armada, a modular data center builder, has raised $230 million at a valuation of $2 billion and will build a new factory in Arizona with investor Johnson Controls. BlackRock is also a new investor in Armada. The investment will support Armada's expansion plans.
