American tourists arrested in Japan after alleged break-in at viral monkey Punch’s enclosure

Two American tourists were arrested in Japan after allegedly breaking into the enclosure of Punch, a famous monkey at Ichikawa City Zoo. The incident was captured on video and showed a person dressed in an emoji costume climbing into the enclosure. No animals were injured during the incident.
