Three youths in custody after Austin shootings injure four people

Three youths are in custody after a spree of at least 10 shootings in Austin, Texas, injuring four people and targeting buildings and houses randomly. The suspects were arrested and allegedly used stolen cars. City officials temporarily ordered a shelter-in-place for a large section of the city.
