Ex-boyfriend accused of killing Orange County mother arrested after fleeing to Mexico

A 47-year-old man, Juan Marquez, was arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a 42-year-old woman, Sandra Fernandez, in Tustin after fleeing to Mexico. The Tustin Police Department announced the arrest on Sunday. Marquez was taken into custody on May 16.
