CENTCOM chief says Iran's hold on strait has weakened, but threats remain

Admiral Brad Cooper stated that US forces have destroyed over 90% of Iran's naval mines, weakening their hold on the strait. Iran's initial inventory consisted of 8,000 naval mines. Despite this, threats from Iran still remain.
