Video shows undercover cops shooting man threatening shoppers with fake gun in ‘justified’ defense: officials

Two undercover police officers in North Carolina will not face charges after shooting a man who threatened shoppers with a fake gun. The suspect, Derrick Manigault, was killed in the incident at Jakobs Food Mart in Gastonia. The use of force was deemed legally justified by the Gaston County District Attorney.
