French authorities lift lockdown on norovirus-hit cruise ship

A norovirus outbreak on a cruise ship led to a lockdown, but French authorities have lifted it, allowing asymptomatic passengers to disembark. The ship, Ambition, had 1,701 people onboard, mostly from the UK and Ireland. One person died and dozens became ill with the virus.
