Grand Fire forces mandatory evacuations in San Bernardino County

A brush fire known as the Grand Fire is being battled by firefighters in San Bernardino County, prompting mandatory evacuations. The fire was first reported near the Chino Hills intersection of Grand Avenue and Pleasant Hill Drive at 7:13 p.m. and quickly grew to about 30 acres.
