DHS says two women killed six years apart in Texas should still be alive after illegal immigrant's arrest

Luis Fernando Benítez-González, a 26-year-old Mexican citizen, was arrested for allegedly murdering two women in Texas six years apart. The victims, Alyssa Ann Rivera and Alba Jenisse Aviles, were killed in separate incidents in Austin and Bastrop County. The suspect was linked to the crimes through DNA evidence.
