Valdo Calocane brother tells inquiry he felt powerless over killer’s mental ill health

Valdo Calocane's brother Elias felt powerless over his sibling's mental health and believed violent messages concerned suicidal thoughts. Valdo Calocane killed three people in an attack in Nottingham. The victims included Barnaby Webber, Grace O'Malley-Kumar, and Ian Coates.
