Kevin Warsh confirmed as Federal Reserve chair

The Senate confirmed Kevin Warsh as chair of the Federal Reserve with a vote of 54-45. Warsh will replace Jerome Powell and have significant influence over interest rates. The confirmation was supported by Sen. John Fetterman and Republicans.
