UN urges independent probes into deadly Nigeria, Chad air attacks

The UN rights chief is seeking independent probes into deadly air attacks in Nigeria and Chad that killed over 100 civilians. The attacks were allegedly carried out by Nigerian and Chadian forces. The UN is urging for inquiries to be made.
