Putin hails Russia's test launch of a new ballistic missile

Russia has test-fired a new intercontinental ballistic missile as part of efforts to modernize its nuclear forces. The nuclear-armed Sarmat missile is expected to enter combat service by the end of the year. Russian President Vladimir Putin hailed the successful test launch.
