NSW police to drop charges against Isaac Herzog protesters laid using unlawful public assembly restrictions

NSW police will drop charges against protesters who attended a Sydney rally against Israeli president Isaac Herzog, due to the public assembly restriction declaration law being defunct. The decision affects some of the 30 protesters charged. Police Commissioner Mal Lanyon confirmed the decision pending a review.
