Nebraska secretary of state loses GOP primary

Nebraska Secretary of State Bob Evnen is projected to lose his position to Omaha businessman Scott Petersen in the Republican primary. Petersen won Tuesday's primary by roughly 6 percentage points with a little over half of votes counted. This outcome determines the state's top elections official.
