Powell, Harding to face off in Nebraska House race to replace Bacon

Democrat Denise Powell is projected to win the Democratic primary for Nebraska's district, setting up a matchup against a Republican candidate to replace retiring Rep. Don Bacon. Powell defeated State Sen. John Cavanaugh in the primary. The November election will determine the replacement for Rep. Bacon.
