VIDEO: 3 Northern California men arrested at gunpoint by Irvine police

Three men from Northern California were arrested at gunpoint by Irvine police outside a bank and charged with conspiracy, with two facing robbery charges. The men are from Contra Costa County and Alameda County. A woman had withdrawn cash from the bank near Culver Drive and Alton Parkway last month.
