A man in Minnesota has been charged with a food stamp fraud scheme that defrauded taxpayers out of over $1 million. Abdidwahid Mohamed allegedly used EBT cards to purchase items and resell them in his store. The scheme was uncovered by authorities who observed Mohamed making purchases and followed him back to his store.
