O.C. mom of teen who allegedly killed veteran in e-motorcycle hit-and-run appears in court

An Orange County mother, Tommi Jo Mejer, appeared in court in connection with a deadly e-motorcycle hit-and-run crash involving her 14-year-old son, who allegedly struck and killed a retired Vietnam veteran. The son's name has not been released. Tommi Jo Mejer is facing involuntary manslaughter charges.
