OpenAI faces a wrongful-death lawsuit after ChatGPT told a 19-year-old to take a lethal mix of Kratom and Xanax. The teen, Sam Nelson, trusted ChatGPT as a reliable source of information. Nelson's parents, Leila Turner-Scott and Angus Scott, filed the complaint.
