Dali ship operator, foreign employee charged in Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse, unsealed indictment shows

Criminal charges have been brought against the operator and an employee of the container ship Dali, which collapsed Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge over two years ago. The indictment names Synergy Marine Pte Ltd and Synergy Maritime Pte Ltd as defendants, along with technical superintendent Radhakrishnan Karthik Nair. The companies and Nair are charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States and other offenses.
