Budget earmarks more than $600m for Bondi attack response, with half going to Australia’s Jewish community

The Australian federal budget has allocated over $600m in response to the Bondi attack, with $300m going to the Jewish community for security and support. The Executive Council of Australian Jewry will receive $124m for extra security measures. The government has also set aside funds for a national gun buyback.
