Lawsuit brought by former store operators missing from Vodafone results

Vodafone is facing an £85 million High Court claim from 62 current and former franchisees who allege they were harmed by company-imposed business decisions. The claimants accuse Vodafone of unilaterally cutting commissions and overhauling compensation models without consultation. Vodafone denies the allegations and claims the Commercial Agents Regulations do not apply.
