Pressure mounts on Canvas as data leak extortion deadline looms

Cybercriminals are threatening to leak sensitive data from Canvas, a widely used education tech platform, after a prolonged cyberattack. The company behind Canvas, Instructure, has taken the platform offline following malicious activity.
