Ventura County man sentenced to life in prison for rape, molestation of child

Jesus Gonzalez-Arteaga, a 44-year-old man from Oxnard, was sentenced to life in prison without parole for molesting and raping a child between 2018 and 2024. He was found guilty of six felony counts related to the crimes. The sentencing was announced by the Ventura County District Attorney's office.
