Robotaxi drives off from airport with passenger's suitcase

A California passenger's Waymo ride ended in a travel nightmare when the driverless car pulled away with his suitcase still inside after he exited at San José Mineta International Airport. The passenger, Di Jin, was unable to retrieve his luggage from the trunk and had to contact Waymo customer service for assistance. The issue was eventually resolved with Waymo covering the shipping cost to return the suitcase to Jin.
