Australia charters flight to bring nationals home from hantavirus-stricken luxury cruise
Australia is repatriating four citizens and one permanent resident from the MV Hondius, a luxury cruise ship affected by a hantavirus outbreak, on a charter flight to Perth. The ship arrived at Tenerife in Spain's Canary Islands after three people died and eight others became ill. Passengers and crew were confined to their cabins to prevent the spread of the virus.
