Mom charged with child abuse after toddler found with tattoo in ‘deplorable’ home: cops

Kentucky authorities arrested Brook McDaniel, a 27-year-old woman, for allegedly giving her 22-month-old child a tattoo. The child was found with a black dot tattoo on his arm and the family was living in 'deplorable' conditions. McDaniel is charged with fourth-degree assault – child abuse.
