CBS host gives Dem rep brutal reality check on DHS shutdown: 'You lost that fight'

CBS host Margaret Brennan challenged Democratic Rep. Ted Lieu on the party's midterm election messaging, stating Democrats lost the fight over the Department of Homeland Security shutdown. The shutdown began February 14 and ended April 30 with President Donald Trump signing a bill funding much of the agency. However, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Customs and Border Protection will remain unfunded.
