Scientists successfully transfer longevity gene and extend lifespan

Scientists at the University of Rochester transferred a longevity-related gene from naked mole rats to mice, resulting in healthier and longer-lived mice. The modified mice showed stronger resistance to tumors and lower levels of age-related inflammation. This experiment boosts production of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, which protects against cancer and supports healthier aging.
