Help! Kast banned my account and won’t refund my funds.

The user's account was banned by KAST after transferring money through Lead Bank, and they are unable to access their funds or receive a refund. KAST claims they never received the money, while Chase says the transfer was completed. The user is unsure who controls the Lead Bank account.
