Rainbow Cone, ‘Chicago’s favorite ice cream,’ expands in Southern California

Rainbow Cone is expanding in Southern California with a new location in Laguna Beach, marking its second store in the area. The shop will open on May 11 at 244 South Coast Highway. This expansion coincides with the company's 100th anniversary.
